Easter and Christmas are special times at The Chocolate Box
We aim to offer the more unusual at these times and have become known for individually made up Easter gifts where you choose your egg shell and all the little ‘fillings’ from a range of chocolate creatures, chocolates, fluffy bunnies and chicks which are then packaged and ribboned in a display tray or basket. SUGAR FREE variants are also available.

During Christmas the shop is like a Christmas grotto with confectionery ranging from big, beautiful boxes to little tree decorations and stocking fillers. Make your own selection of individual Belgian or English handmade chocolates including sugar free and we will wrap them in beautiful gold or Christmas print boxes, complete with ribbons, or you can choose a more individual box for a bit extra.

On Tuesdays and Fridays we sell Alex Gooch’s Organic Bread. Alex is the Hay on Wye Award Winning Artisan Baker who brings his bread to The Chocolate Box. We are very happy to take orders and keep bread for you, as it does go very quickly in the morning (though his delivery times can vary!)

Mr Whippy Ice Cream available from Easter/April onwards to Oct/Nov, all depending on weather. Party visits or Passers by can be accommodated for Ice Cream stops with notice.
